February 2016 Glossybox Review

Glossybox February 2016 Review

My First ever Glossybox , I signed up just in time to receive this adorable little box, which I'm pleased to tell you all has great products in, If yours is on the way be excited!

First off how adorable is the box! Husband if you are reading this take note...I have a new found love for heart balloons lol.

NAOBAY - Protective hair mask volume conditioner

The first thing I saw was this HUGEMUNGOUS ( not a real word I know but seems to fit somehow) bottle, no wonder the box was so much bigger than the birchbox I received it had to be to fit this monster, reading through the information they have supplied they state that its great TLC for heat styled hair, which lets face it is hard to avoid if I don't want to resemble a scarecrow when leaving the house, All they say it takes is a 3 minute mask after you have washed your hair, guess my hair is going to enjoy its shower later :) RRP 10.64 the product was full sized.

The Vintage Cosmetic Company - Floral slanted tweezers

These little cuties are brilliant, I don't know about you but I have such a hard time finding tweezers as I find a pair that I think are cute ( as seems to always win me over) and 9 times out of 10 they do zip nadda in helping me with my crazy! eyebrows, I have already been at the mirror testing these babies and they work a treat, very pleased I received these because not only are they pretty and work but also my pickle of a husband likes to steal my tweezers frequently so i can give him my old ones to keep instead of keep chasing him down to get them back lol. RRP £8

MUA - Powerpout glaze - Allure

Now I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with MUA its sold in superdrug, Its not necessarily a brand I would head for, I have bought eyeshadow from them before but only use them for my nieces if they are staying over and want a make over evening, in fact I think I gave them to her, saying this thou seems like I don't like them which is not true they are just not my first choice, I'm still going to keep this in my bag to see if I reach for it at all, the swatch I done seems OK, its not particularly long lasting, I put some on and hadn't eaten or drunk anything and unfortunately 30minutes later it was all gone, so good for a quick first impression, at only £3.50 RRP its defiantly a bargain.

Nicka K - 24hr Waterproof eyeliner - Dark Brown

OK so, at first I was disappointed to get the shade I did but I have tested and its actually alright, it's really quite dark so along your lash line it looks actually quite beautiful and maybe dare I say a little more flattering on me than the usual black, I tested some blending in various locations and found that if I worked relatively quickly I could get it to achieve some beautiful shades and looks on my eye, I found the little smudge brush on the other end a little aggressive but nothing switching to an old faithful smudger brush didn't solve, This eyeliner actually is quite versatile and I was able to create some stunning evening looks as well as some barely there daytime looks, one I recommend. RRP £3.99

Wilkinson Sword - Hydro Silk Razor

This product shocked me, I really didn't expect to see a razor it really caught me off guard, don't get me wrong I'm pleased as its saved me a trip to get a new one, I just was caught off guard, The Hydro has one of them water activated bars that leave your legs feeling to die for afterwards and with Shea butter included in there too I can imagine how beautiful they will feel, It seems I'm going to be having a busy shower tonight, I'm normally a Venus girl so a change of brand is exciting who knows am I going to be a permanent mover? lets see lol RRP £9.99
